Georg Nowak<p>Legal, illegal, scheißegal<br> <br> <br>Gestern morgen bin ich als unbescholtener Bürger aufgestanden, zu Bett gegangen mit einer gravierenden Beschuldigung im Kopf.<br>Grund war eine Email vom zuständigen Stromnetzbetreiber:</p><p>"Uns liegt keine Anmeldung einer Erzeugungsanlage am/in [unsere Adresse] vor. Ohne Anmeldung und gültiger Einspeisezusage darf Ihre Anlage nicht Betrieben werden. Auch der Vergütungsanspruch der Bestandsanlage kann bei einer nicht angemeldeten Anlagenerweiterung eingestellt werden.<br>Bitte nutzen Sie unser Onlineportal, um die Anlagenerweiterung anzumelden. Ein Messkonzept der Gesamtanlage ist einzureichen. Die Inbetriebnahmemeldung muss durch Ihren zugelassenen Elektroinstallateur über unser Installateurportal erfolgen. Der Zählerstand zum Zeitpunkt der Inbetriebnahme ist mitzuteilen."</p><p>Am 17.3.2025 habe ich im guten Glauben an die Rechtmäßigkeit in einer (mir) plausibel erscheinenden Reihenfolge gehandelt:</p><p>--- Der Elektriker verdrahtete die Einspeisung so, daß der bisherige Einspeisezähler der EEG-Altanlage (2,2kWp, Westausrichtung, Bj. 2000) auch die neue Anlage (4,8kWp, Ostausrichtung) mißt - Zählerstand notiert</p><p>--- Wenn im Sommer ein Natrium-Ionen-Akku dazukommt, muß die Verschaltung vielleicht verändert werden</p><p>--- Bis zum Akku-Einbau wollte ich die NICHTbegrenzung der Einspeiseleistung beibehalten.</p><p>So habe ich es beim Marktstammdatenregister eingetragen. So habe ich es dem Stadtwerk per Email migeteilt. Rhetorische Frage, weil scheißegal. Den Fehler habe ich leider erst nach der Bestellung erkannt. <br>Nun sind schon über 14 Tage vergangen und <a href="https://burningboard.net/tags/DELL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DELL</span></a> schafft es nicht die Netzteile auszutauschen. Natürlich werden die Netzteile nicht auf <a href="https://burningboard.net/tags/Kulanz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kulanz</span></a> getauscht, da ich den Fehler von DELL zu spät erkannt habe. <br>Da ist es auch egal, dass der Server ja nur soviel wie ein <a href="https://burningboard.net/tags/Kleinwagen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kleinwagen</span></a> gekostet hat. <br>Nicht mal der <a href="https://burningboard.net/tags/ProSupport" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ProSupport</span></a> den wir extra abgeschlossen haben führte bis jetzt zu einer schnellen Lösung. <br>Was für ein Service von <a href="https://burningboard.net/tags/DELL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DELL</span></a>, da steht <a href="https://burningboard.net/tags/Kundenzufriedenheit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kundenzufriedenheit</span></a> ganz klar an erster Stelle.</p>
