Unsure how long I will bother lagering the main keg. Jeff Smith スミスKellerbier version of my Polotmavý. As always very young and a wee bit yeasty but this is another great brew. Going to be a good beer for Autumn. I will always brew 25L batches so I can have a small keg of the beer to enjoy while the main keg lagers. Jeff Smith スミスBrewing a Polotmavý today. Never had one so put together a recipe by reading various sources. Double decoction using the schedule from <a href="https://mastodon.beer/@akrennmair" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@akrennmair</a> 1870 Vienna Lager. I like taking 2/3 of the mash to 71° to get that residual malty sweetness.
