Daniele Verducci 🧉So, I think this furnace is meant to be controlled only via an insulated relay or switch. Not the <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/sonoff" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Sonoff</a> smart switch I was trying to use.<br><br>I could make up something with an <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/esp8266" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#esp8266</a>, <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/tasmota" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#tasmota</a> firmware and a <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/relay" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#relay</a> module, the ones used with the <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/arduino" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#arduino</a>. I've everything on hand, but then I should find a box, a power supply, wire all separating the high voltage side from the rest... it's a lot of effort for a speedy project as this...
Daniele Verducci 🧉Btw, I definitely need to make it work now, in a way or another...<br>The <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/nest" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#nest</a> <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/thermostat" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#thermostat</a> is still reading the temperature, I can see it on <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/homeassistant" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#homeassistant</a> (polled via the <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/firebase" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#firebase</a> APIs). So I'm planning to use one of these smart switches. It's an old model by <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/sonoff" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#sonoff</a>, but I already flashed it with <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/tasmota" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#tasmota</a> so now it works in local network without calling home and supports also <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/mqtt" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#MQTT</a> !
