@Remittancegirl We lived through the apogee of human civilisation, and that's a privilege. But it has been the actions and more pertinantly the inactions of our generation which have ensured that the fall from this high place will be so catastrophic and precipitous that it is impossible to predict whether any recovery will be possible; and that is to our shame.

Rain, fog, then sunshine broke through. We shot these at 2:23 pm, 4:40 pm, 5:05 pm. Erfreue mich an den blühenden Blumen draußen.
Wie ein schwarzer Schleier legt sich die Beobachtung über diese Freude, dass noch deutlich weniger Insekten, insbes. Bienen, Hummeln & Co. als letztes Jahr diese Blumen besuchen und umherschwirren.

Trauer und Sorge. Weil mir bewusst ist, was das nicht nur für diese Blüten bedeutet.
