Learning to #Dance Again a workshop focused on re-learning understandings of dance in a way that decenters how we look and focuses on how we feel.

Sliding scale: $10-20
In this #decolonial approach to dance we will take up space to move in ways outside of traditional dance practices and practice the art of intentional connection to ourselves through movement. This workshop is open to folks of all abilities regardless of skill level. If you are able to move ANY part of your body you are welcome to move with us.

Alessia (she/they) is a multi-media #artist based recently based on #lək̓ʷəŋən lands. Their art focuses on storytelling through creation. Creation is an alchemic process in which she takes their pain and turns it into art. Art is alchemy.
