I've had a zinger of a week until yesterday. I had been taking risperidone for a month for my firmly diagnosed bipolar I. Well, my psychiatrist recently added lithium to help with sleep quality/duration as well as improve mind health. Instead of it helping, I basically felt like a zombie, unable to think and enjoy any of the things I normally enjoy, including being here on the Fediverse. And this was despite it being a very low dosage, which took my psychiatrist by surprise at the impact.
Glad to be back amongst the living and thriving!
It took 68 years to build the first 1 TW of solar, just 2 years to add the second. At the current pace, we’re on a 1.5-year doubling curve: 4 TW by 2026, 8 TW by 2028, and 10–14 TW by 2030. Panels aren’t the limit anymore—BESS & lithium are.
